The ER5018 series safety rope pull switches comply with EN 418, EN 292, EN 60947-5-1, EN 50041, BS 5304, and ISO 13850 standards, are UL and C-UL listed, and BG approved. The compact design allows these switches to be used on small machines with a mounting width of 40 mm (1.57 inches), supporting rope lengths up to 30 meters (98 feet). Status indicator light—The status indicator light facilitates easy installation and maintenance of proper rope tension. Multiple configurations of 3 or 4 contact points meet various demanding application requirements. DIN mounting mode adapts to globally recognized installation configurations. NEMA 6 enclosure enables the ER5018 series switches to withstand water washdown. Large housing—Die-cast housing with stainless steel eye nuts makes the ER5018 series suitable for harsh industrial environments. Reset button—To return to the "machine running" state, the blue reset knob must be rotated while simultaneously tightening or loosening the rope. Long lifespan—The ER5018 series switches are designed for a service life of at least 1 million actuations.
