SCS2525 Safety Edge Full Range Replacement for STI Series

Safety edges are installed on the edges of various automatic doors and moving devices, as well as other locations where impacts and crushing may occur, to protect personal safety and equipment. The complete assembly consists of an aluminum rail, safety contact strip, and safety edge.

The special profile (rubber profile) of the safety edge protects the safety contact strip from damage and allows bending exceeding90 degrees.

Edges can be connected in series and monitored by a controller. The last safety edge requires a resistor. This design monitors the entire circuit for short circuits and breaks.
