Scope of Application

Suitable for industries such as electric power, coal mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, cement, geological exploration, scientific research institutes, and universities to determine the total sulfur content in substances like lignite, bituminous coal, anthracite, coke, dried coal samples of coal water slurry, and heavy oil.

Features

1. The high-frequency furnace uses high-power ceramic electron tubes and large-capacity vacuum ceramic capacitors, ensuring stable and reliable power output.

2. Program-controlled heating of the high-frequency furnace, fully automatic constant-temperature heating furnace head, fully automatic cleaning, and fully automatic reverse blowing ash removal.

3. Constant-temperature gas chamber, flow control, narrow-band filters, and infrared pyroelectric solid optical cone sensors enable detection of sulfur content at ppm levels.

4. Full-range linear calibration technology, weight linear compensation technology, and temperature, pressure, and flow compensation technology.

5. Testing software based on the Windows XP operating system, with a simple and aesthetically pleasing interface.
