Product Introduction:

This instrument complies with the SH/T0232 "Liquefied Petroleum Gas Copper Strip Corrosion Test Method" standard and is suitable for determining the corrosiveness of liquefied petroleum gas to copper.

Main Features

1、Valves A and B are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, with a pressure resistance of 7.0 MPa.

2、The cylinder is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, featuring dual sealing with O-rings and copper gaskets, and has a capacity of approximately 160 ml.

3、The water bath is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material and can accommodate two test cylinders simultaneously.

4、The bath is equipped with an electric heater and an electric stirring device, with temperature automatically controlled by a temperature controller, meeting the test temperature requirement of 40±0.5°C. It can hold two test cylinders at once.

5、The temperature control and timing device adopts automatic control, with digital display, high sensitivity, and accurate temperature control. The time setting range is 0~999 minutes.

6、The stirrer consists of a motor, stirring shaft, and blades, offering low noise and high efficiency.
