Product Introduction
The microcomputer plastometer is used to determine the plastometer indices of bituminous coal and thereby describe the characteristics of coke, as well as to assess the quality of coking coal, production coal, and commercial coal. It is an essential laboratory equipment for coal preparation plants and coking plants.
Scope of Application
This specialized device is suitable for measuring the plastometer indices of bituminous coal (including three indicators: plastometer thickness Y, contraction X, and volume curve). It complies with the requirements of GB/T479 "Method for Determination of Plastometer Indices of Bituminous Coal." The JC-9 microcomputer plastometer features a user-friendly design, integrating current computer software control technology to achieve automatic measurement and automatic plotting, significantly reducing operational difficulty. With high measurement accuracy, simple and convenient operation, and stable performance, it is widely applicable in coal quality testing departments of industries such as coal, metallurgy, and coking.

Instrument Features
1. Complies with GB/T479-2000 "Method for Determination of Plastometer Indices of Bituminous Coal."
2. Two-way communication between the computer and controller for monitoring and controlling the equipment.
3. Capable of simultaneously controlling dual furnaces (front and rear furnaces) or individually controlling the front furnace.
4. Automatically plots volume curves for single or dual furnaces and temperature curves over time.
5. Uses displacement sensors to replace drum clocks, enabling real-time display of X volume curve trends and calculations on the computer screen.
