Scope of Application
Suitable for breaking ampoules, vials, glass, quartz sand, beer bottles, various glass bottles, glass tubes, and other medical glass containers used in pharmaceutical, educational, research, and other industries and sectors.

Working Principle

The vial crusher primarily relies on impact to break materials. After entering the crusher, the material is struck by high-speed rotating hammers and shattered. The crushed material gains kinetic energy from the hammers and is hurled at high speed against the screen bars inside the frame. Simultaneously, the materials collide with each other, undergoing multiple rounds of fragmentation. Particles smaller than the gap between the screen bars are discharged through the gaps, while larger particles are subjected to further impact, grinding, and compression by the hammers on the screen bars. The material is extruded through the gaps by the hammers, resulting in products of the desired particle size.

The vial crusher employs low-speed crushing with low speed and high torque, ensuring a stable and low-noise crushing process with high efficiency. The machine features a newly designed feeding port that allows continuous feeding without glass splashing during operation, effectively ensuring the safety of the operator. The machine is easy to operate, requiring only simple training for proficiency. It is equipped with an oversized storage bin at the bottom, capable of storing a large amount of material at once, reducing the need for frequent cleaning and replacement.
