Scope of Application

Technical Features

(1) Utilizes an electric blast heating method and air duct design compliant with national standards, ensuring uniform temperature and rapid heating for batch testing. The testing process meets national standards and CNAS laboratory accreditation requirements, providing accurate and reliable results that can serve as a basis for settlement.

(2) High degree of automation: Employs computer real-time communication technology and adaptive control technology, integrating a high-precision imported electronic balance inside the instrument. Combined with an automatic weighing mechanism, it enables automatic weighing, sample feeding, data processing, result calculation, report printing, and storage, with the entire experimental process automatically controlled.

(3) Power-off restart function: After a brief power outage, the instrument can resume the previous test upon restart, eliminating the need to discard all samples from the previous experiment.

(4) Fast speed and accurate results: High automation and a novel heating method shorten testing time, reduce human error, and improve testing accuracy and efficiency. Testing 13 moisture samples takes only 30 minutes, reducing the operator's workload.

(5) Equipped with an automatic nitrogen filling device, allowing the use of nitrogen drying method for moisture testing.

(6) Uses TCP network communication protocol to ensure error-free instrument communication.

(7) Employs PT100 temperature sensors for high measurement accuracy and more precise results.

(8) Features an added display screen on the instrument to show balance data, optimizing weighing efficiency.

(9) Analysis and testing system: Can connect to most of our company's coal quality analysis equipment. Automatically uploads data and generates reports (users can customize reports according to their needs).

(10) Real-time display of sample weight with power-off memory function. Sudden power outages do not result in loss of test data; experiments can be continued immediately after power restoration.
