The measurement principle of the Fully Automatic Hardgrove Grindability Index Tester WQHM-60 is based on the grinding law (the energy consumed in grinding coal powder is proportional to the new surface area generated by the coal powder). Under the conditions specified in GB2565 "Method for Determination of Grindability Index of Coal" (Hardgrove method), the prepared coal sample is ground, sieved, and weighed. The Hardgrove grindability index of the coal is then obtained from the calibration curve plotted using standard reference materials or calculated from the linear regression equation. A higher index indicates easier grindability. The machine features intelligent control, microcomputer counting, automatic shutdown when the counter displays 60 revolutions, emergency stop in case of malfunction, and cumulative revolution count upon restart, among other multifunctional capabilities.
