I. Purpose and Scope of Application
The WQ-08 Electric Sample Reduction (Mixing) Divider is designed and manufactured based on optimized improvements of similar domestic products. It is suitable for mixing and dividing samples of coal, plastics, iron ore, sinter, pellets, metallurgical materials, coke, building materials, chemicals, grains, pharmaceuticals, etc. It features vibrating feeding, electric mixing, screening, convenient operation, accurate mixing and dividing data, high efficiency, and easy adjustment. It is widely used in industries and departments such as steel, power, metallurgical building materials, coal, mining, commodity inspection, and scientific research.

III. Structural Overview
This machine consists of a feeding part, a receiving part, a transmission part, and a reduction division part. During operation, the sample is evenly placed into the feed inlet, with discharge controlled by a slide gate. It enters the primary reduction (mixing) divider for reduction (mixing), and after completion, proceeds to the secondary reduction (mixing) divider. After reduction (mixing), it falls into the hopper. The transmission part is driven by an electric motor via V-belt transmission, then decelerated by a reducer, transmitting power to the primary reduction (mixing) divider to ensure accurate reduction and uniform mixing. The machine features a fully sealed design with no dust pollution, making it an environmentally friendly product. An environmental port can also be added according to user requirements to discharge directly outdoors, ensuring environmental hygiene.
