Product Introduction

Mineral insulated cables are composed of copper conductors, mineral insulation, filling materials, and copper/aluminum sheaths. They possess advantages that traditional cables lack: 1. Superior fire resistance performance, with a耐火等级 that not only meets the national standard GB12666.6 Class A 950°C for 90 minutes but also complies with the British BS6387-1994 requirements for Class A 650°C for 3 hours; Class B 750°C for 3 hours; Class C 950°C for 3 hours. Additionally, they can withstand water spray and mechanical impact during combustion.

2. Long continuous length, whether single-core or multi-core cables, their length can meet power supply needs, with each continuous length reaching up to 1000 meters or more.

3. Smoke-free and non-toxic when burning. The insulation uses inorganic materials, which do not produce any harmful gases during combustion, nor cause secondary pollution, making it an environmentally friendly green product.

4. High safety. Fire-resistant cables can maintain normal power supply in flames (normal operation at 950°C for over 3 hours), activate fire extinguishing systems, and reduce fire losses.
