HDPE Water Supply Pipe

PE water supply pipes are manufactured using PE100 or PE80 as raw materials, with production equipment employing internationally advanced polyethylene pipe extrusion production lines. The unique screen basket die design, advanced barrier-type screw, and IKV forced feeding extrusion system ensure thorough melting and plasticization of the raw materials, thereby guaranteeing excellent resistance to slow crack growth (SCG) and rapid crack propagation (RCP) during use. Additionally, the production line is equipped with fully automated computer control systems such as FLX ultrasonic scanning devices, meter weight measurement control systems, and wall thickness monitoring controllers, which dynamically control the product during the manufacturing process to ensure production quality.

The product features good flexibility, strong corrosion resistance, lightweight, and excellent impact resistance. Pipe connections are achieved through methods such as socket fusion, butt fusion, and electrofusion welding, integrating pipes and fittings into a single unit. This ensures system safety and reliability while reducing construction costs. The dimensions and performance of PE pipes comply with the requirements of the GB/T13663.2-2018 standard, and their hygienic performance meets the GB/T17219 standard as well as relevant health safety evaluation regulations issued by the National Health Commission.
