Uses: Suitable for peroxide-crosslinked rubbers (elastomers) such as HNBR, BR, EPDM, NR, SBR, CPE, silicone rubber, and fluoroelastomer.
1. Used in peroxide-cured rubber products requiring good heat resistance, oil resistance, ozone resistance, load-bearing capacity, dynamic stability, wear resistance, and cord adhesion strength, such as rubber rollers, timing belts, V-belts, seals, belts, hoses, engine mounts, and other under-hood rubber components.
2. Used in automotive sealants like EPDM, natural rubber, butyl rubber, and SBR, significantly improving adhesion to steel, glass, coated surfaces, and even oily steel, as well as enhancing heat resistance and modulus of the sealant.
3. Used in rubber sheath compounds for cables such as EPDM, improving heat resistance, tensile strength, tear strength, and other properties.
