      The predecessor of Hubei Zhaozhi Agricultural Investment Group Co., Ltd. was Macheng Zhaozhi Modern Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., which was established in July 2012 on the basis of the Macheng Zhaozhi Vegetable Professional Cooperative. After years of pursuit and exploration, it has now developed into a modern industrialized (company + cooperative + farmers + base) model agricultural company and was successfully listed on the New Fourth Board on June 29, 2016.

The company has a total investment of over 50 million yuan and currently employs more than 110 people. It has built the Dabie Mountain Facility Vegetable Standard Demonstration Park, which includes one 3,000-ton and one 800-ton freezing and fresh-keeping warehouse; a modern seedling factory covering an area of 12,000 square meters; an agricultural-photovoltaic complementary project covering 7,000 square meters; a vegetable rough processing and sorting workshop spanning 1,000 square meters; a Zhaozhi joint office building covering 1,000 square meters; and an e-commerce agricultural product trading market spanning 7,000 square meters.
