The HYLF-1 Concrete Crack Width and Depth Tester is mainly used for precise detection of crack width and depth in bridges, tunnels, concrete pavements, etc. It integrates microscopic image processing and ultrasonic testing technology, enabling the device to measure both crack width and depth. A single device can perform crack detection tasks that previously required two separate devices. It is easy to operate and cost-effective, suitable for rapid detection and photographic recording of surface cracks in structures such as buildings, bridges, and tunnels.
When measuring crack width, the HYLF-1 Crack Width and Depth Tester automatically scans and captures cracks, displaying the crack width value in real-time on the screen. It can also take photos of desired cracks (the crack photos simultaneously save crack images, width data, scale markings, and other image information). The crack photos are directly stored in the PDA, facilitating further image analysis or printing for archiving.
