Clearance measurement of signal equipment is a fundamental task in signal equipment management. Different heights (parts) of signal equipment and different track grades have varying clearance requirements. The selection of clearance measurement points must ensure the safety of signal equipment, and the line segments connecting these measurement points must accurately represent the clearance of the signal equipment. The HYSG-1 Fully Automatic Railway Signal Equipment Clearance Measuring Instrument is a device that uses an electronic sensor system, laser image acquisition system, and computer processing system, distinct from laser points and lidar, for full-section clearance detection. It employs a walking dynamic detection trolley that moves along the track and automatically measures clearance data (signal equipment profile, horizontal clearance, vertical clearance, gauge, track superelevation, etc.) of signal equipment (various types of signal machines, signs, and other signal devices), with automatic measurement and calculation on curved sections. The software system performs real-time clearance detection, data acquisition, data analysis, processing and display, and over-limit judgment, generating inspection reports. It is simple and fast to operate, with high measurement accuracy and comprehensive data, improving detection efficiency and saving labor costs.
Features
1. Complies with JJG (Railway) 197-2022 "Verification Regulation of Railway Structure Gauge Measurement Devices" and TB/T3308-2013 "Measurement and Data Format of Actual Railway Structure Gauge."
2. The device uses a fully automatic two-stage trigger measurement system characterized by laser image scanning measurement, pulse trigger measurement, and full-time perception measurement control. It features high-resolution area array scanning and automatic extraction of regional characteristics, ensuring high reliability, stable data, high accuracy, and long service life. Unlike laser points, which can only measure a single point of the signal equipment rather than the entire profile surface.
3. The instrument can simultaneously complete the full-section scanning of the entire profile surface of the current signal equipment, as well as automatically identify and measure the most horizontally protruding point and the vertically highest point, all within 1 second. While the detection trolley is moving, the instrument automatically and simultaneously measures, displays, and saves complete original records, including horizontal and vertical clearances, superelevation, over-limit values, signal equipment images, and track status, with automatic calculation and correction on curved sections.
4. The measurement is comprehensive and highly efficient. The device collects thousands of data points and identifies and measures the most unfavorable point data in less than 1 second. It performs full-section scanning without delay, making the measurement more comprehensive and faster.
5. Structural features: All probes are integrated with the detection trolley. The probes use a bracket-free design, requiring no assembly, avoiding vibration offset, and eliminating mechanical errors. The device is portable. The walking wheels are made of material with excellent insulation properties.
