RO membrane scale inhibitor and dispersant

I. Product Features:

1. Suitable for use in conjunction with AN-1350 organic flocculant.

2. Compatible with all brands and materials of reverse osmosis membranes, including Dow, Hydranautics, CSM, Toray, GE, and Huitong.

3. Effectively controls scaling of inorganic salts such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and barium sulfate. Under acid-free conditions, an LSI value of up to 3.0 can be tolerated without scaling.

4. Exhibits good tolerance to iron and aluminum ions. Does not form insoluble precipitates with iron/aluminum oxides or silicon compounds.

5. Inhibits silica polymerization and deposition, allowing a concentrated water-side SiO₂ concentration of up to 290 mg/L.

6. Can be dosed directly or after dilution to accommodate systems of different scales.

7. Effective within a feedwater pH range of 5–10.

Usage Instructions

AN-1150 reverse osmosis membrane scale inhibitor is a liquid scale inhibitor/dispersant used to control scaling and fouling in membrane separation systems. This product extends the cleaning cycle and service life of RO equipment, effectively prevents RO membrane fouling, and helps maintain product water quality. It is widely used in reverse osmosis systems.
