Desulfurization Wastewater Purification Flocculant

I. Performance and Applications

This flocculant is primarily used in the treatment of desulfurization wastewater from power plants. It is a high-molecular composite flocculant and is also widely applied in the treatment of heavy metal wastewater, dyeing and bleaching wastewater, tannery wastewater, and other types of wastewater.

II. Product Characteristics

This flocculant is an inorganic high-molecular polymer co-polymerized by Fe³⁺ and ions such as Cl⁻, SO₄²⁻, and OH⁻. The addition of Cl⁻ ions and other coagulating ions makes it easier for hydroxyl groups to insert into the polymerization network structure of ferric sulfate, thereby significantly increasing its degree of polymerization.

This product has strong adsorption and bridging capabilities, long molecular chains, and compared to polymeric ferric sulfate, it offers advantages such as larger floc formation, faster sedimentation, lower residual iron, good dewaterability of settled sludge, and reduced dosage requirements. It also has strong capabilities in removing COD, BOD, heavy metals, nitrite nitrogen, and sulfides.
