Heavy metal ion capture agent

First, detect the content of heavy metal ions in the wastewater, then determine the dosage of the chemical agent through simulated dosing tests.

Before adding the chemical agent, adjust the pH of the wastewater to between 7-9 for optimal effectiveness.

Determine the total daily dosage based on the amount of wastewater to be treated each day. Before dosing, dilute the measured chemical agent to a concentration of 1-2% in a dedicated dosing system, then add it continuously or in batches to the wastewater, with stirring for approximately 5-10 minutes.

After stirring, allow the heavy metal precipitate to settle for about 10 minutes before separating it from the water. The heavy metal precipitate is then filtered and pressed into cakes using a filter press. The filter cakes containing heavy metals are treated as non-leachable toxic waste and disposed of through deep burial, while the filtered water can be discharged up to standard. 

Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 25kg. This product should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from acidic substances and oxidizing agents. Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life of this product is one year.
