Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor for Heating Network Boilers

Hot network scale inhibitor AN-307 is mainly composed of dispersants, phenolic hydroxyl groups, sulfonic acid groups, etc. It has a lattice distortion effect on scaling factors such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate in water, making it difficult for scale to firmly adhere to the equipment walls and instead dispersing loosely in the water, demonstrating excellent scale inhibition.

AN-307 features high temperature resistance, high scale inhibition rate, and resistance to decomposition, while also providing corrosion inhibition and old scale removal. It does not contain carcinogenic substances.

Dosage should be based on water quality conditions. Add the agent to the system at a ratio of 300-500 grams per ton of water. If makeup water is added during operation, add this agent proportionally.

The product is packaged in 25kg or 200kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry indoor place. Shelf life is twelve months.

V. Precautions

Hot network scale inhibitor AN-307 is weakly alkaline and non-toxic. Use protective measures during application. If it comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water or seek medical attention.
