Product usage method:

First, test the content of heavy metal ions in the wastewater, then determine the dosage of the agent through simulated dosing tests.

Before adding the agent, adjust the pH of the wastewater to between 7-9 for optimal effect.

Determine the total daily dosage based on the volume of wastewater to be treated. Before dosing, dilute the measured agent in a dedicated dosing system to a concentration of 1-2%, then add it continuously or in batches to the wastewater. Stir for approximately 5-10 minutes.

After stirring, let the heavy metal precipitate settle for about 10 minutes before separating it from the water. The heavy metal precipitate is then filtered and pressed into cakes using a filter press. The filter cake containing heavy metals is treated as non-leachable toxic waste and disposed of by deep burial. The filtered water can be discharged up to standard.
