III. Installation of the 30-ton/300kN Microcomputer Servo Flexural and Compression Testing Machine
During installation, ensure the testing machine is level (levelness ≤0.2/1000). Use a 0.1/1000 frame level to measure the plane of the lower platen. If the horizontal or vertical level exceeds the specified value, correct it by adding shims under the base plate, then tighten the anchor bolts.
Then connect the power cable. The machine's electrical system should have a grounding safety protection device. The power voltage fluctuation should not exceed ±10% of the rated value.
IV. Maintenance and Care of the 30-ton/300kN Microcomputer Servo Flexural and Compression Testing Machine
1. The testing machine should be installed in a clean, dry, uniformly temperatured environment, free from vibrations and corrosive gases.
2. Keep the testing machine clean. Regularly oil parts without protective coatings to prevent rust.
3. Change the oil every six months to one year. During oil change, thoroughly clean the oil tank and oil filter. To clean the oil tank, pour kerosene into the tank, then drain it. Repeat this several times until clean, wipe the tank bottom with a towel, and then add clean hydraulic oil. If the hydraulic oil is found to be severely contaminated and unusable during normal use, replace it immediately to prevent accelerated wear of hydraulic components and potential impact on the accuracy of force values.
Hydraulic oil specifications are recommended as follows based on ambient temperature:
(1) When ambient temperature is 10-20°C, use GB-443-84N46# (equivalent to 30# mechanical oil).
(2) When ambient temperature is 20-30°C, use GB-443-84N86# (equivalent to 40# mechanical oil).
4. When not in use, cover the machine with a plastic cover.
