      The main part of this equipment consists of an adjustable-height support frame [composed of the base, lead screws, and moving crossbeam (lower jaw holder)] and a working frame [composed of the working cylinder, piston, table plate, support frame, and upper crossbeam (upper jaw holder)]. Its working principle is as follows: high-pressure oil is supplied by the oil pump to the working cylinder, and through the movement of the piston, the table plate and upper crossbeam (upper jaw holder) are pushed upward to perform tensile or compression tests on specimens. Tensile tests are conducted between the upper crossbeam and the moving crossbeam of the main unit, while compression tests are performed between the table plate and the moving crossbeam. The adjustment of the test space is achieved by driving the dual lead screws to rotate synchronously via the drive mechanism (lifting motor, sprocket, chain, etc.), which moves the crossbeam up or down.

    This equipment is powered by three-phase 380V or two-phase 220V, 50Hz AC supply. The main circuit includes the oil pump motor and the lifting motor. Fuses are installed in both the main circuit and the control circuit to prevent excessive current, and thermal relays are connected in series before the oil pump motor and lifting motor to protect against motor overload.

     4、100-ton Microcomputer Servo Tensile Material Testing MachinePre-installation Preparation

    The testing machine should be installed in a clean, dry, vibration-free room with a temperature of 10°C to 35°C. Sufficient space (≥0.7m) should be left around the testing machine for testing and maintenance purposes.

The main unit and control cabinet of the testing machine should be installed on a concrete foundation. The foundation dimensions should be based on the outline and foundation diagram, leaving room for anchor bolts and other electrical installation conduits. The top surface of the foundation should be leveled.

     5、100-ton Microcomputer Servo Tensile Material Testing MachinePreliminary Installation Accuracy Calibration

     Preliminary calibration of the main unit: Use a frame level or the attached plumb bob to calibrate the verticality of the columns in two mutually perpendicular directions. Adjust by inserting small iron shims at the bottom of the main unit. Secure the anchor bolts.

Fill the anchor bolts with cement mortar and fill all gaps between the testing machine and the ground. Allow to cure for one week.

     6、100-ton Microcomputer Servo Tensile Material Testing MachineHydraulic System Connection

a. Remove all packaging materials and clean the inside of the oil pipes with clean kerosene.

b. Check whether the gaskets at the joints are intact. If damaged during transportation, replace them with the new gaskets provided with the machine to prevent oil leakage under high pressure.

c. Use appropriate wrenches to connect the oil pipes.

d. This equipment typically uses N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil. In high ambient temperatures, add an appropriate amount of N100 hydraulic oil to increase viscosity.
