The testing machine mainly consists of three parts: the body, solenoid valves, and the computer control panel.
1. Body Section
The body of the testing machine is connected by four columns linking the cylinder and the upper beam.
On the upper beam of the testing machine, an adjustment screw, a large handwheel, and a nut screw are installed to adjust the no-load height of the machine. The lower end of the screw is equipped with a spherical seat and an upper pressure plate. The lower pressure plate is placed on the piston of the oil cylinder. When the specimen contacts the upper pressure plate, the spherical seat of the upper pressure plate can self-adjust for balance, ensuring the specimen remains level with the upper and lower pressure plates. The lower pressure plate is engraved with positioning lines for the specimen. During testing, the specimen must align with these lines. A dust cover is installed below the lower pressure plate to prevent or reduce dust from entering the oil cylinder during piston movement, which could damage the cylinder or oil seals. A sealing device is installed between the piston and the oil cylinder to prevent oil leakage. However, if a minimal amount of oil leaks during use, an annular oil groove at the top of the cylinder and an oil discharge channel will direct the oil back to the main tank.
2. Hydraulic Section
The main components of the machine's hydraulic system include the oil tank, oil pump, oil filter, motor, and solenoid valves. The oil pump is a direct-drive axial five-piston pump. The safety valve has been pre-set to an appropriate position before leaving the factory. Under normal use, users should not adjust the safety valve.
