II. Main Structure and Functional Features:
The testing machine mainly consists of the main unit, oil source, control cabinet, and test force measurement and acquisition system. The main unit adopts a double-column frame structure, which is compact and easy to operate. The oil source uses a dedicated oil source for testing machines, with high system pressure, low noise, and stable performance. The measurement system primarily collects data through high-precision load sensors and residual deformation measurement devices. The computer displays test force and deformation, with functions such as zeroing, calibration, gain adjustment, and peak hold.
