Product Usage: Chemical analysis reagent raw material. Domperidone is a benzimidazole compound with strong prokinetic and antiemetic effects. It enhances lower esophageal sphincter tension, prevents gastroesophageal reflux, strengthens gastric motility, promotes gastric emptying, coordinates gastric and duodenal movements, inhibits nausea and vomiting, and effectively prevents bile reflux without affecting gastric acid secretion. This product is a peripheral dopamine receptor antagonist that directly blocks gastrointestinal dopamine receptors to exert prokinetic effects. It enhances esophageal peristalsis and the tension of the lower esophageal sphincter. Due to its poor penetration of the blood-brain barrier, it has almost no antagonistic effect on cerebral dopamine receptors, thereby excluding psychiatric and central nervous system side effects.
