Product Uses: This product is an ultra-long-acting sulfonamide drug with a half-life in the blood of 6-8 days. It is used for infections caused by hemolytic streptococci, pneumococci, and Escherichia coli, and for the treatment of meningitis, urinary tract infections, etc. It is also used in combination with pyrimethamine for the prevention and treatment of malaria resistant to other antimalarial drugs.
