HGS Hengxiang Phonos Glass Wool Board is manufactured through a specialized process using uniformly fine and long glass fibers along with environmentally friendly thermosetting binders, resulting in a high-strength panel product that maintains excellent thermal insulation properties in both high and low-temperature environments. Depending on the required R-value, various types of high-hardness boards are produced with different densities.

HGS Hengxiang Phonos Glass Wool Board can be supplied with various vapor barrier facing materials, which are factory-laminated onto the glass wool boards to meet insulation and moisture resistance requirements in diverse environmental conditions. Using glass wool boards for duct insulation significantly reduces heat and cold loss through duct walls and lowers operating costs of HVAC systems, while offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance and superior moisture resistance and thermal insulation.
