I. Product Performance:

PAPEMP is the latest generation of water treatment agent, featuring high chelating and dispersing capabilities, excellent calcium tolerance, and outstanding scale inhibition performance. This agent can serve as a scale and corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water systems, particularly suitable for systems with high hardness, high alkalinity, and high pH, as well as for oilfield water treatment. It demonstrates superior scale inhibition against calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, and calcium sulfate, effectively inhibits silica scale formation, and exhibits good stability for metal ions such as zinc, manganese, and iron.

PAPEMP is used as a membrane antiscalant in reverse osmosis systems, and for scale and corrosion inhibition in high-salinity, high-turbidity, and high-temperature systems like multi-stage flash distillation systems (e.g., scale inhibition in high-temperature, high-turbidity water systems of coal gasification). It also functions as a textile dyeing auxiliary and papermaking additive (anti-yellowing agent), and can replace EDTA, DTPA, NTA, etc.

III. Usage Method

The normal dosage of PAPEMP is 5-100 mg/L. Unlike other agents, PAPEMP performs better with higher dosages. It can be used in combination with polycarboxylic acids, etc., and higher dosages enable operation at high concentration multiples.

IV. Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in plastic drums, 30 kg per drum. PAPEMP should be stored in a cool, indoor place with a shelf life of ten months.
