(1) Key Points for Construction of Corundum Anti-Wear Mortar:

Surface Treatment: The surface of the substrate to be constructed must be cleaned of oil stains, rust, dust, and other impurities. Methods such as sandblasting or grinding can be used to enhance the adhesion between the mortar and the substrate.

Mixing Ingredients: Mix the components of the silicon carbide wear-resistant ceramic particle mortar in the specified ratio, typically a two-component or multi-component system. Stir evenly to ensure consistency in performance.

Application Method: The mortar can be applied to the substrate surface by troweling, spraying, or scraping. During application, ensure even coating and uniform thickness to avoid defects such as bubbles or hollow spots.

Curing and Maintenance: After construction, carry out curing and maintenance according to the characteristics of the mortar. Generally, curing time is required at room temperature. During curing, avoid external disturbances such as vibration or water immersion to ensure the mortar achieves optimal performance.
