When the impellers, pump casings, and guard plates of power plant slurry circulation pumps require periodic replacement due to long-term erosion, corrosion, and wear issues. Impellers and pump bodies suffer severe wear, generally requiring replacement every seven to nine months, with some replacement cycles being even shorter. Traditional repair methods are not only time-consuming and costly but also require equipment disassembly, affecting the normal operation of power plants.

Using two types of polymer ceramic materials in combination, it can repair equipment in desulfurization systems affected by cavitation, corrosion, and wear, while meeting the high-performance requirements of desulfurization devices for repair materials. The wear resistance and overall effectiveness of this material are superior to solutions such as high-chromium alloys, rubber linings, and ceramic lining plates.


Repair process for wear-resistant paste:

1. For areas with large areas of damage, weld a framework using wire mesh. Use an angle grinder to remove welding slag, stains, and other impurities, clean with a cleaning agent, and allow to dry.

2. Mix the repair agent in a mass ratio of 4:1 until uniform, apply it to the area to be repaired, and apply two coats in a cross pattern. The adhesive layer should be 3-5mm thick.

3. Cure at room temperature for 24 hours, after which it can be put into use.

1. After the coating has cured, heating the adhesive layer to 60-80°C and maintaining the temperature for 2 hours can improve the overall performance of the coating.

2. When the temperature is below 15°C, the adhesive layer cures slowly, and strength is difficult to achieve. After the surface desulfurization repair agent has initially cured, use an iodine tungsten lamp or electric heat gun to heat it to 60-80°C and maintain the temperature for 2 hours.
