    The new generation of anti-crack and anti-seepage Maddle product is a low-air-entraining, high-water-retaining multifunctional special admixture for plastering mortar. It possesses various properties such as crack resistance, seepage prevention, enhanced adhesion, and water retention. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional plastering mortar, which often has poor workability, low bonding strength, and inadequate water retention, leading to issues like cracking and hollowing.

This product is suitable for plastering mortar in various industrial and civil buildings, roads and bridges, water pools, culverts, and other engineering projects.

Low Air Entrainment:

Anti-crack and anti-seepage Maddle is a high-end product compounded from surfactants, tackifiers, plasticizers, and other materials. As a new type of low-air-entraining special admixture for plastering, it addresses the issues of looseness, cracking, and leakage caused by the poor workability of traditional plastering mortar during construction. It also resolves common quality problems such as poor adhesion, high shrinkage, and low water resistance caused by high-air-entraining products that result in excessively good workability.

Excellent Water Retention and Strong Adhesion:

Anti-crack and anti-seepage Maddle significantly improves the water retention rate of plastering mortar through the combination of organic water-retaining and inorganic thixotropic materials. This prevents rapid water evaporation during dry seasons in summer and autumn or high temperatures, avoiding premature dehydration of the mortar and stagnation of hydration, which can lead to chemical drying shrinkage and drying contraction of cement. It also notably enhances the viscous feel of the plastering mortar, ensuring high adhesion while maintaining good workability, thereby securing a firm bond between the plastering mortar and the base layer and minimizing hollowing, cracking, or peeling of the plaster layer.

Crack Resistance and Seepage Prevention:

The flexible polymer materials in anti-crack and anti-seepage Maddle can buffer and release stress in the mortar layer, compensating for the brittleness and susceptibility to deformation and cracking of inorganic cementitious materials. Additionally, the fine anti-crack fibers in the product are distributed throughout the mortar system like reinforcement bars, restraining mortar deformation in all directions, enhancing the overall tensile strength of the plaster layer, and significantly improving the mortar's crack resistance.

Good mortar density blocks the absorption and penetration of moisture through capillary pores in the mortar, achieving excellent waterproofing and anti-seepage effects. This prevents wall seepage, avoids mold growth on walls, and improves the quality of the living environment.

Dosage:

0.5~0.7% of cement mass, 25kg per bag. Each bag of product comes with a measuring spoon. Add one spoon of admixture per bag of cement.
