Ready-mixed mortar additives

I. Product Introduction:

    The ready-mixed mortar additive developed by Hunan Zhenxing Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a mortar admixture produced through a special process. It is formulated by combining various organic polymer surfactants, nano-level water-locking components, inorganic mineral auxiliary materials, and other functional additives, achieving functional synergy and complementary advantages.

II. Product Characteristics:

    1. High water retention: The mortar does not bleed or segregate, with excellent self-curing performance;

    2. Strong adhesion: Prevents hollowing and cracking, ensuring construction quality;

    3. Good compressive strength: Ensures the overall strength of masonry mortar walls;

    4. Optimal setting performance: Guarantees suitable open time for the mortar;

    5. Excellent anti-sagging property: During plastering, the mortar is less prone to sliding, with reduced waste;

III. Scope of Application:

This product is primarily suitable for preparing ordinary dry-mixed masonry, plastering, and floor mortars, as well as ordinary wet-mixed mortars with short open time requirements. It is used for masonry and interior/exterior wall plastering of various industrial and civil buildings, including clay bricks, ceramsite bricks, concrete hollow bricks, aerated concrete blocks, and non-fired bricks. It is also applicable for plastering concrete shear walls, floor and roof leveling, waterproof mortar construction, etc.

IV. Technical Indicators:

    The performance of mortar mixed with this product complies with the national standard GB/T 25181 "Ready-Mixed Mortar".

V. Recommended Dosage:

    Ready-mixed mortar additives are available in different dosage models, such as 0.25-0.4‰ and 3-5‰, for selection. Generally, the dosage can be appropriately reduced in winter and increased in summer.

VI. Packaging and Storage:

This product is packaged in moisture-proof pearlescent film bags, with specifications of 25 kg or 20 kg per bag.

During transportation and handling, protect the product from rain and damage. It should be stored in a cool, dry place.
