Mortar mixed with the plasticizer does not settle for 3-5 hours, reducing waste mortar and avoiding the phenomenon of mortar sticking to the trough. One ton of mortar can plaster 6.45 m², with a cost of 17 yuan per square meter.

Product characteristics:

1.1 Improves mortar workability and water retention; during masonry, the mortar is fluffy, soft, and has good fluidity with strong adhesion, reducing waste mortar and lowering costs. During plastering, it requires less wall wetting, has low mortar shrinkage, good water retention, and low bleeding rate. It can be stored for 3-5 hours without settling, eliminating the need for repeated mixing, speeding up construction, and improving labor efficiency.

1.2 Waterproof and anti-seepage: The mortar plasticizer contains hydrophobic substances, achieving the effect of a common waterproofing agent after use.

1.3 Volume increase: Without changing the cement-sand ratio, the mortar plasticizer creates countless micropores in the mortar during mixing, increasing volume by 15% without reducing strength.

1.4 Anti-hollowing effect: The addition of inorganic materials activates the cement, allowing it to fully function as a cementitious material. Various organic polymers used effectively bond filler particles together, enhancing the mortar structure and generating strong adhesion at the interface of the mortar base. This adhesion firmly bonds the mortar to the substrate interface, preventing hollowing and cracking. It also reduces waste mortar during construction, making operations fast, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.

1.5 Anti-seepage and frost resistance: The introduction of a trace air-entraining agent creates sealed small bubbles that block the capillary tubes in the mortar, preventing water penetration and enhancing the mortar's anti-seepage and frost resistance.

1.6 Crack resistance: It possesses both the required strength and tensile flexibility. This tensile stress resists the chemical shrinkage stress of the hardened mortar and certain external forces, minimizing the possibility of cracking.

Mixing method:

Dosage is 0.2%-0.7% of the cement用量. Each package includes a measuring spoon with a scale of 100g-150g. Mechanical mixing is the primary method for preparing mortar.

1. Vertical mixer and horizontal mixer procedure: Start the machine, add part of the sand, plasticizer, and water, mix thoroughly, then add cement and the remaining sand, and mix for 3-5 minutes.

2. Drum mixer procedure: Add the plasticizer to the cement and sand, dry mix for 1 minute, then add sufficient water and mix for 3-5 minutes.

Note: 1. For the first time mixing mortar, double the dosage of plasticizer;

2. For manual mixing, dissolve the plasticizer in water first before adding it to the mortar;

3. Reduce water by about 20% when using plasticizer mortar.

Precautions:

1. When masonry walls, complete the pre-embedding of water and electricity pipelines in advance, as the mortar has high later strength after using this agent and is difficult to chisel.

2. During construction in cold winters or rainy seasons, due to the high water retention of plasticizer mortar, bricks do not easily absorb moisture. Pay attention to applying an appropriate amount of water to the bricks during masonry.
