●Product Characteristics: Modified alkyd resin copolymerized with acrylic resin and epoxy ester resin. Features high solid content, excellent air-drying properties, self-crosslinking after film formation, high gloss, superior application performance. The coating film provides both decorative and anti-corrosion functions.

●Application Fields: Suitable for water-based air-drying coatings.

●Solvent Dilutability: After neutralization with organic amine to a pH of 7.5–8.5, this product becomes water-soluble. It can also be diluted with ether alcohols or alcohols. Conduct tests first to determine suitability based on cost-performance requirements for the coating product.

●Packaging and Storage: Packaged in 200kg plastic drums. Can be stored for six months without deterioration at normal temperatures (below 35℃). If the storage period is exceeded, the product should be inspected according to its quality standards and may still be used if it meets the standards. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire.

★Remarks:① Since prepared coatings are usually stored, it is recommended to use purified water during paint production. Tap water can be used for dilution during spray application. ② The provided resin is unneutralized with a relatively high acid value. Before paint production, amine neutralization must be performed to convert it into a water-soluble resin. During neutralization, it is advised to adjust the pH to 7–8 under sufficient stirring in a paint tank or mixing container with a small amount of purified water added. ③ Add an appropriate amount of water-based air-drying drier during paint production.
