●Resin Characteristics: After amine neutralization, the resin becomes water-soluble and exhibits excellent crosslinking and curing performance with methoxyamino resins. The paint film demonstrates outstanding mechanical properties, good chemical resistance, weather resistance, and strong adhesion to metal.

●Application Fields: Suitable for water-based acrylic baking paints, applied to automotive chassis, wheel hubs, mechanical parts, bicycles, electric vehicles, and other surface coatings.

●Solvent Dilution: This product can be diluted with ether-alcohol solvents, alcohols, or water. Prior testing is recommended to determine the optimal cost-performance ratio for the coating product.

●Packaging Specification: Net weight 200 kg/galvanized iron drum or plastic drum.

●Storage Instructions: This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources. It remains stable for six months at normal temperatures (below 35°C). If the storage period is exceeded, the product should be inspected according to its quality standards and may still be used if it meets the criteria.

★Remarks:① Since prepared coatings are typically stored, it is recommended to use purified water during paint preparation. Tap water can be used for dilution during spray application. ② The provided resin is non-neutralized with a high acid value. Prior to paint preparation, amine neutralization is required to convert it into a water-soluble resin. During neutralization, it is advised to adjust the pH to 7-8 under sufficient stirring in a paint tank or mixing container with a small amount of purified water added.
