●Resin Characteristics: Suitable for both water-based and oil-based applications. The resin becomes water-soluble after neutralization with organic amines, exhibits excellent crosslinking and curing performance with methoxyamino resins, and produces a coating film with outstanding mechanical properties, good chemical resistance, and superior weather resistance.

●Application Fields: Suitable for water-based acrylic baking paints, used for coating automotive chassis, wheels, mechanical parts, bicycles, electric vehicles, etc.

●Product Specifications:

 ●Solvent Dilution: After neutralization with organic amines to a pH of 7.5–8.5, this product becomes water-soluble. It can also be diluted with ether-alcohol or alcohol solvents. Conduct tests to determine the optimal dilution based on cost-performance requirements for the coating product.

●Packaging Specification: Net weight 200 kg/galvanized iron drum or plastic drum.

●Storage Instructions: This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources. It remains stable for six months at normal temperatures (below 35°C). If the storage period is exceeded, the product should be inspected according to its quality standards and can still be used if it meets the criteria.

★Remarks:① Since prepared coatings are typically stored, it is recommended to use purified water during paint preparation. Tap water can be used for dilution during spray application. ② The provided resin is non-neutralized with a high acid value. Before paint preparation, it must be neutralized with amines to convert it into a water-soluble resin. During neutralization, it is advised to adjust the pH to 7–8 under thorough stirring in a paint tank or mixing container with a small amount of purified water added.
