●Product Characteristics: Modified alkyd resin copolymerized with acrylic resin and epoxy resin, high solid content, excellent air-drying properties, self-crosslinking after film formation, high gloss, superior application performance, with both decorative and anti-corrosion functions.

●Solvent Dilutability: This product becomes water-soluble after neutralization with organic amine to a pH of 7–8. It can also be diluted with ether alcohols or alcohols. Conduct tests first to determine the optimal formulation based on cost-performance requirements for the coating product.

●Packaging and Storage: Packed in 200kg net weight galvanized iron drums or plastic drums. Under normal temperatures (below 35℃), it can be stored for six months without deterioration. If the storage period is exceeded, the product should be inspected according to its quality standards and can still be used if it meets the standards. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, and keep away from heat and fire sources.

★Note:① Since prepared coatings are usually stored, it is recommended to use purified water during paint production. Tap water can be used for dilution during spray application. ② The provided resin is unneutralized with a relatively high acid value. Before paint production, amine neutralization must be performed to convert it into a water-soluble resin. During neutralization, it is advised to adjust the pH to 7–8 under sufficient stirring in a paint tank or mixing container with a small amount of purified water added. ③ Add an appropriate amount of water-based air-drying drier during paint production.
