●Resin Characteristics: After amine neutralization, the resin becomes water-soluble and exhibits excellent crosslinking and curing performance with methoxyamino resins. The resulting paint film offers outstanding mechanical properties, good chemical resistance, strong weather resistance, and excellent adhesion to metal surfaces.

●Application Fields: Suitable for water-based acrylic baking paints, applied in coatings for automotive chassis, wheels, mechanical parts, bicycles, electric vehicles, etc.

●Product Specifications:

●Solvent Dilution: This product can be diluted with ether alcohols, alcohols, or water. Conduct tests to determine the optimal ratio based on cost-performance requirements for the coating product.

●Packaging Specification: Net weight 200 kg/galvanized iron drum or plastic drum.

●Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat and fire sources. Under normal temperatures (below 35°C), the product remains stable for six months. If the storage period is exceeded, inspect the product according to its quality standards. If it meets the standards, it can still be used.

★Remarks:① Since prepared coatings are typically stored, it is recommended to use purified water during paint preparation. For spraying, dilute with tap water. ② The provided resin is non-neutralized with a high acid value. Before paint preparation, perform amine neutralization to convert it into a water-soluble resin. During neutralization, it is advised to add a small amount of purified water under thorough stirring in a paint tank or mixing container and adjust the pH to 7-8.
