●Resin Characteristics: The resin becomes water-soluble after neutralization with organic amines, exhibits good cross-linking and curing performance with methyl ether amino resins, and produces a film with excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance, and outstanding weather resistance. It can be used to formulate solid color paints as well as metallic powder paints; it can also be used with water-based polyurethane curing agents to produce PU water-based coatings.

●Application Fields: Suitable for water-based acrylic baking paints or water-based PU coatings. Applied in water-based baking paints for automobiles, bicycles, electric vehicles, etc.; or for large outdoor objects when used in PU two-component coatings.

●Product Specifications:

●Solvent Dilution: This product becomes water-soluble after neutralization with organic amines to a pH of 7.5–8.5. It can also be diluted with ether alcohols or alcohols. Depending on the cost-performance requirements of the coating product, please conduct tests to determine suitability.

●Packaging Specifications: Net weight 200 kg/galvanized iron drum or plastic drum

●Storage Instructions: This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat sources and open flames. It can be stored for six months without deterioration at normal temperatures (below 35℃). If the storage period is exceeded, the product should be inspected according to its quality standards and may still be used if it meets the standards.

★Remarks:① Since prepared coatings are usually stored, it is recommended to use purified water during paint formulation; tap water can be used for dilution during spray application. ② The provided resin is non-neutralized with a high acid value. Before paint formulation, it must be neutralized with amines to convert it into a water-soluble resin. During neutralization, it is recommended to adjust the pH to 7–8 under sufficient stirring in a paint tank or mixing container with a small amount of purified water added.
