●Resin Characteristics: The resin becomes water-soluble after neutralization with organic amines, exhibits good crosslinking and curing performance with methyl ether amino resins, and produces a paint film with excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance, and outstanding weather resistance. It can be used to formulate both solid color paints and metallic powder paints.

●Application Fields： Suitable for water-based acrylic metallic baking paints, used for coating automotive chassis, wheels, mechanical parts, bicycles, electric vehicles, etc.

●Product Specifications：

●Solvent Dilution: This product becomes water-soluble after neutralization with organic amines to a pH of 7.5–8.5. It can also be diluted with ether-alcohol or alcohol solvents. Prior testing is recommended based on cost-performance requirements for the paint product.

●Packaging Specifications: Net weight 200 kg/galvanized iron drum or plastic drum

●Storage Instructions: This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources. It remains stable for six months at normal temperatures (below 35°C). If the storage period is exceeded, the product should be inspected according to its quality standards and may still be used if it meets the criteria.

★Remarks:① Since prepared paint usually needs to be stored, it is recommended to use purified water during paint formulation. Tap water can be used for dilution during spraying. ② The provided resin is unneutralized with a high acid value. Before paint formulation, it must be neutralized with amine to convert it into a water-soluble resin. During neutralization, it is advised to adjust the pH to 7–8 under sufficient stirring in a paint tank or mixing container with a small amount of purified water added.
