CZ Electromagnetic Bin Wall Vibrator Product Overview:


The CZ bin wall vibrator effectively eliminates material blockages and arching caused by internal friction, moisture absorption, static electricity, component segregation, etc., through high-frequency vibration and impact force. It ensures smooth discharge of materials from the bin outlet and guarantees stable feeding. The CZ-type bin wall vibrator is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, and machinery.


CZ Electromagnetic Bin Wall Vibrator Features:

The CZ-type bin wall vibrator features compact size, light weight, simple structure, low power consumption, and minimal maintenance requirements. The bin wall vibrator consists of a vibration body, resonance spring, electromagnet, base, and other components. Models include CZ10, CZ50, CZ100, CZ250, CZ600, and CZ1000. Vibration force: 10–1000. Power: 0.008–0.2 kW. Dimensions are as shown: Figure (2) shows the CZ250, CZ400, CZ600, CZ800, and CZ1000 models with spiral spring bin vibrators, while Figure (1) shows the CZ10, CZ50, and CZ100 models with epoxy leaf spring bin vibrators.
