Model Description

Working Principle
The feeding process of the GZG series motor vibrating feeder is achieved by using a specially designed vibration motor to drive the feeding chute in a periodic linear reciprocating motion along an inclined direction. When the vertical component of the acceleration of the chute's vibration exceeds the gravitational acceleration, the material in the chute is thrown upward and moves forward in a parabolic trajectory. The throwing and falling are completed within 1/50 of a second. Due to the continuous excitation of the vibration motor, the chute vibrates continuously, and the material in the chute continuously jumps forward to achieve the feeding purpose.
Application Range
The GZG series motor vibrating feeder is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, thermal power, refractory materials, glass, building materials, electric power, chemical engineering, machinery, light industry, and food processing. It is suitable for uniformly and continuously feeding block, granular, and powdered materials from storage bins or hoppers to receiving devices. The motor vibrating feeder can be used to feed materials to belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, bucket elevators, crushers, vibrating screens, pulverizers, and other equipment. It can also be used in processes such as automatic batching, quantitative packaging, and automatic control to achieve automated production lines.
Features
The GZG series vibrating feeder is a new type of third-generation feeding equipment. Compared with other feeding equipment, it has the following characteristics:
(1) Small size, light weight, simple structure, easy installation, minimal maintenance, and low cost;
(2) Utilizes the self-synchronization principle of specially designed vibration motors, enabling quick start-up, stable operation, and smooth stopping;
(3) Materials move forward continuously in a parabolic jumping trajectory, resulting in minimal wear on the feeding chute;
(4) High feeding accuracy due to the ability to instantly change and control the material flow;
(5) This series of vibrating feeders is not suitable for explosion-proof applications.
The GZG series vibrating feeder can be customized according to user requirements into:
(1) General type (not indicated), which is open and used for general feeding without special requirements;
(2) Sealed type (F), featuring a rectangular enclosed structure, suitable for feeding in dusty environments;
(3) Tube type (G), with a tubular feeding chute, suitable for feeding fragile particles and materials with high pollution or volatility;
(4) Speed control type (T), suitable for feeding in automatic batching applications.
Technical Parameters
Custom sizes are supported; non-standard models are produced according to customer requirements.

Installation and Debugging
1. Hang the front and rear hooks; after installation, ensure the feeder is horizontally level. The centerline of the upper interface hopper should align with the centerline of the feeder's inlet, and the feeder's outlet should align with the lower interface to ensure the entire feeder is in a free state;
2. The connection between the vibration motor and the conveying chute must be secure;
3. The feeder can be installed horizontally or at an angle ranging from 0 to -12 degrees;
4. Before starting, check whether the angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block of the two vibration motors is consistent. If not, adjust them to be consistent and tighten the fastening bolts;
5. Perform a trial start and observe whether the two vibration motors rotate in opposite directions. If not, swap any two phases of the wiring of one vibration motor;
6. After starting, observe that the machine body should not exhibit lateral swinging. The motor current should meet the requirements, and the entire machine should operate without abnormal noise.
Description
The GZG series motor vibrating feeder can be customized according to user needs into:
Bottom vibration type: The vibration motor is placed below the feeder;
Top vibration type: The vibration motor is placed above the feeder;
Speed control type: The vibration frequency of the motor can be steplessly adjusted from 0 to the rated frequency;
Open type: The top of the feeder is open, more suitable for the bottom vibration type, as shown in the sample diagram;
Sealed type: The entire feeder is sealed except for the inlet and outlet;
Base type: For large (heavy-duty) feeders, a base structure is generally used.
