I. Product Introduction

Our factory produces two types of vibration damping springs: rubber springs and composite springs.

1. Rubber Spring
Rubber springs are high-polymer elastomers with advantages including low self-generated heat, good resilience, stable mechanical properties, and long service life.
2. Composite Spring
Composite springs are elastic bodies formed by integrating metal coil springs and rubber. They combine the advantages of both metal and rubber springs while overcoming their drawbacks. They exhibit stable switching and mechanical performance, can withstand heavy loads and large deformations, and offer effective vibration isolation and noise reduction, smooth operation, and short resonance duration. They are particularly suitable for large vibrating equipment in industries such as mining, metallurgy, and coal.
