ZG Inertial Overview of Vibration Motors

The ZG inertial vibration source three-phase asynchronous motor (referred to as vibration motor) integrates the power source and vibration source into one unit. It is an energy-efficient, versatile excitation source with a compact size, high excitation force, reliable structure, and convenient maintenance. MV vibration motors are widely used in industries such as mining, coal, power, chemical, grain processing, metallurgy, foundry, light industry, and pharmaceuticals. They are an ideal excitation source for mechanized screening, conveying, crushing, filling, and anti-clogging of bulk materials like powders, granules, and lumps. MV vibration motors can be used individually or in combination with multiple units.

ZG Inertial Operating Conditions for Vibration Motors

ZG inertial vibration motors can continuously output the rated excitation force under the following conditions:

1. Vibration acceleration: not exceeding 7g (g: gravitational acceleration)
2. Ambient temperature: not exceeding 40°C.
3. Altitude: not exceeding 1000m.
4. Power frequency: 50Hz.
5. Voltage: 380V.
6. Temperature rise: less than 80K (resistance method).
