Working principle of the vibrating screen: An upright vibration motor serves as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor, converting the motor's rotational motion into a three-dimensional movement—horizontal, vertical, and tilting. This motion is then transmitted to the screen surface for screening. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower ends, the trajectory of materials on the screen surface can be altered, enabling rapid passage through the screen mesh to achieve screening purposes.
