PD Series Top Discharge Centrifuge with Bag Lifting

Working Principle

The PD series hanging bag centrifuge is a new type of centrifuge independently designed and manufactured by our company, referencing imported foreign prototypes and considering domestic conditions. Its drive motor can be started either by a clutch or controlled by a variable frequency speed regulation system, ensuring smooth startup. Power is transmitted to the drum via a V-belt, driving the drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a centrifugal force field. The material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating drum through the upper feeding pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the material is evenly distributed on the drum wall for the centrifugation process. The liquid phase passes through the gaps of the solid material and the filter bag, is thrown out through the drum holes into the shell cavity, and discharged from the liquid outlet at the base. The solid material is retained in the filter bag. After shutdown, the machine cover is opened (with the help of a specially designed balance assist device), the locking bolt of the flange cover is pulled out, and the filter cake is lifted out to a designated location for unloading using a special lifting tool, thus completing a work cycle. The machine cover is equipped with a washing pipe, allowing for material washing.

6. The inner and outer surfaces are polished, with no dead corners and all smooth transitions. Equipped with online cleaning (material cleaning, machine cleaning), achieving excellent washing results.
