Product Description
A decanter centrifuge is a horizontal spiral discharge, continuously operating sedimentation device. The working principle of this type of centrifuge is as follows: the drum and the screw rotate at a certain differential speed in the same direction at high speed. The material is continuously fed into the inner cylinder of the conveying screw through the feed pipe, accelerated, and then enters the drum. Under the centrifugal force field, the heavier solid phase deposits on the drum wall to form a slag layer. The conveying screw continuously pushes the deposited solid phase to the conical end of the drum, where it is discharged through the slag outlet. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring and continuously overflows from the large end overflow port of the drum, then is discharged through the liquid outlet.
This machine can continuously feed, separate, wash, squeeze, and discharge while operating at full speed. It features a compact structure, stable continuous operation, strong adaptability, high production capacity, and convenient maintenance.
It is suitable for separating suspensions with solid particle sizes greater than 0.005mm and concentrations ranging from 2-40%. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental protection.

Within the designed speed range, the machine operates without obvious first or second-order resonance phenomena. The overall vibration level at the bearing seat is controlled between 2mm/s and 4mm/s, avoiding additional damage to components caused by high-frequency vibration and beat vibration.
3. Complete Elimination of Liquid Ring Stall Phenomenon
The liquid ring stall phenomenon during heavy-load startup or shutdown is completely eliminated, thereby avoiding additional impacts on the main bearings, screw bearings, and rotating components caused by machine bouncing or severe shaking due to liquid ring stall, ensuring startup and shutdown stability.
4. Centrifugal Casting and Forging Processes for Component Raw Material Blanks
The raw material blanks for the main components of the machine are manufactured using centrifugal casting or integral mold forging processes, completely avoiding uncontrollable quality risks such as intergranular corrosion and residual stress release associated with traditional welding methods.
5. Host Bearing Selection
Original products from internationally renowned brands such as Sweden's SKF and Germany's FAG are selected.
6. Constant Temperature Inspection
All precision-machined components of the machine are inspected under constant temperature conditions to ensure that the actual machining quality meets the design accuracy requirements.
