Hongfenghao Pad Printing Silicone Usage Instructions:

1. First, clean the mold with detergent, wipe or blow dry any moisture in the mold, and apply a layer of release agent or petroleum jelly.

2. Mix components A and B thoroughly according to the weight ratio (using an electronic scale for accuracy).

3. For customers who need to add silicone oil, first mix silicone A and silicone oil in a ratio of 10:3 (the amount of silicone oil added depends on customer requirements and should not be excessive). After mixing silicone and silicone oil thoroughly, add component B curing agent according to the silicone ratio and mix again until uniform.

4. Place the thoroughly mixed silicone into a vacuum machine for vacuum degassing.

5. After vacuum degassing, pour the silicone into the mold and allow it to cure at room temperature or with heating (room temperature curing takes 2-12 hours; heating at 80-120°C can achieve full curing in 10 minutes).

6. Demold the fully cured silicone.

7. Friendly reminder: When handling this product, use containers separate from those used with condensation-type silicone (industrial grade). Use molds that have not been used with condensation-type silicone for this product.
