Mold Silicone Uses:
Used for high-end casting products, ice cream molds, popsicle molds, mooncake molds, cake molds, chocolate molds, candy molds, handmade DIY molds, soap molds, and other molding applications.
Mold Silicone Features
· Low shrinkage rate; no low molecules released during cross-linking, so volume remains unchanged, shrinkage rate less than 0.1%.
· Not limited by product thickness; can cure deeply.
· Excellent high-temperature resistance, can withstand temperatures from 120°C to 500°C.
· Good fluidity, easy to pour; can cure at room temperature or with heating, convenient to operate.
Mold Silicone Usage Method:(Curing time can be adjusted)
1. Mix components A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio evenly, then pour after vacuum degassing.
2. At room temperature (28°C), 30 minutes working time, fully cures in 4-5 hours; heating at 60-120°C can achieve full curing in tens of minutes.

Curing Conditions
After mixing components A and B in a 1:1 equal weight ratio, mold at 150mm×150mm×2mm, 150°C for 7 minutes.
Note: All product hardness can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
