Features of Hong Fenghao AB Two-Component Liquid Body Silicone:

5. Good fluidity, easy to pour; can be cured at room temperature or by heating, convenient operation.

Usage Method of Hong Fenghao AB Two-Component Liquid Body Silicone:

1. Mix components A and B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and stir evenly (using an electronic scale is better).

2. Place the evenly mixed silicone into a vacuum machine for vacuum degassing (do not fill the container completely to avoid overflow during degassing; absence of bubbles indicates completion).

3. Pour or inject the degassed silicone into the mold (apply dish soap or release agent to the mold before pouring).

4. After completing the above steps, the silicone will fully cure at room temperature in 2-12 hours; heating at 90℃-100℃ will cure it within 10 minutes.

5. Reminder: When handling this product, use containers separate from those used with condensation-type silicone (industrial grade); use molds that have not been used with condensation-type silicone for this product.
